FEDERAL HEMP COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill), signed into law on December 20, 2018, established the federal definition of hemp as Cannabis sativa L. and its derivatives containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry-weight basis under 7 U.S.C. § 1639o. Product sales and availability remain subject to applicable federal laws and regulations, including FDA requirements and subsequent amendments to federal hemp law.
TEXAS HEMP COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
As of August 1, 2026, hemp flower offered for sale by Mi Barrio Exotics contains no more than 0.3% Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry-weight basis, consistent with the definition of hemp under Texas law. Product sales and availability are subject to applicable Texas laws, regulations, and court orders.
